THIS IS WHAT OFTEN LEADS TO VICTORY

Failures aren't the end of the world-they are far from it. If they were, no human being will ever learn to walk or speak or ride a bicycle or obtain an education. We take early failures for granted in so many things, yet when we attempt something as adults, we become self-conscious. We become concerned about what our friends or acquittances might think.
The world is full of those who "tried" and, meeting with difficult and repeated rejection, simply gave up. But why should succeeding in business world, or anything else you try as an adult, be any easier than learning to ski or play the piano? We are likely to fail at first-it's part of learning process-but it's no reason to give up. We learn something important from every failure; it's staying with it that separate the winners from losers.
Try this: When is the last time you failed at something? Did you learn from it and push forward, or did you let it scare you back into your comfort zone? Commit to trying something new, learning a new skill set, even if it is something small. And commit to failing, learning, and the staying with it.
