TIME MANAGEMENT

With the holiday already here, I wanted to talk about something very important to me... how I went about developing my own independence.
It all comes down to time management.
Only you have control over how you manage your life and your day-to-day tasks.
It's up to you to separate the stress of pleasing everyone around you and meeting unrealistic expectations so you can start living an efficient and fulfilling life.
First, we all know this statement to be true...
Everybody has the same amount of time in a day.
24 hours. 1440 minutes. 86400 seconds.
What differentiates successful people from non-successful people is how they spend that time.
So if you ever feel like there's not enough time in the day, or you just can't seem to get things done...
You need to know how to maximize the time you're given.
Time management truly is a crucial skill that you need to reach your success goals and improve your quality of life.
Time is your most precious resource, the most valuable thing you have.
It is perishable, it is irreplaceable, and it cannot be saved.
Luckily, anyone can become a master of time management, because time management behaviors are very much a matter of choice.
You can choose to be efficient or you can choose to be disorganized.
You can choose to focus and concentrate on your highest-value tasks or you can choose to spend your time on activities that contribute little value to your life.
Remember, you're always free to choose your quality of life.
This is one of the most important lessons I ever learned.
With proper time management you maximize your performance, increase the quality of your life, and ultimately get more done in less time.
